We offer free resizes once within the First year of your purchase, you just pay for shipping! Please contact us before you send your jewelry back, so we can be sure it arrives safely. We highly recommend that you insure your package—we are not responsible for items that get lost in the mail. Please note: our resizing services are for SightlyCarat rings only. We do not resize rings made by other artists.

Clients are responsible for shipping costs both ways (and for international clients that includes customs fees).

We can resize within three ring sizes above or below the ring’s current size. Any more will compromise the piece’s structural integrity. While we have your ring for the resize, we’ll complete a full inspection. As part of our process, we’ll automatically take care of any minor issues related to ordinary wear and tear. If we need to do any work that goes beyond that, we’ll send you an intake form. Then, with your approval, we’ll re-perfect your ring.

Please Note: If you chose the “Eternity Band” style option for your ring, resizing incurs a $100 fee (as opposed to our standard complimentary service). You will be required to email us to confirm your ring size before we can begin production on your piece.
