To qualify for a return or exchange:
– Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
– Original packaging and tags must be included
Each piece includes one complimentary resize (if applicable).
Please note the following items are not eligible for return:
– Custom-made or personalized pieces
– Engraved items
– Items that have been resized, modified, or worn
– Special custom-cut stones or made-to-order designs
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours. After this period, a fee may apply due to the handcrafted production process.
