How it Works

1.Design Consultation

You provide your design ideas or reference images, along with center stone and side stone specifications (shape, carat, color, clarity, etc.).

2.Estimated Price

We provide an estimated price range based on the design complexity and selected specifications. This estimate is non-binding and subject to change.

3.Design Deposit

A 20% non-refundable design deposit is required to initiate the custom process. The deposit will be credited toward the final purchase price.

4. Diamond Selection & CAD Design

After receiving the deposit, we present diamond options for selection and create a custom CAD design. Up to three rounds of reasonable revisions are included.

5. Final Approval & Production

Once the CAD design is approved, the final price is confirmed. Production begins after the remaining balance is paid.

6.Production Timeline

Production typically takes 5–15 business days. Timelines may vary depending on design complexity and material availability.

7.Quality Confirmation

A 360-degree video of the finished piece will be provided for approval prior to shipping.

8.Shipping & Delivery

All custom jewelry is shipped from China via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent carriers. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 days.

Why is a design deposit required for custom jewelry?
Custom fine jewelry is a highly personalized process. Each CAD design is created specifically for your selected diamond, ring size, and design details by a professional jewelry CAD designer.
The design deposit allows us to:
  • Allocate dedicated design and production resources
  • Create a precise CAD model that is production-ready
  • Offer thoughtful revisions tailored to your preferences
Requiring a deposit also ensures that every custom project receives the time, expertise, and attention it deserves.
The design deposit is fully credited toward your final purchase, so it is not an additional cost — it simply helps initiate the custom process and protects the integrity of our design work.
When will I receive the CAD design?
The CAD design is created after the design deposit is received and once the center stone is selected. This ensures the design is accurately tailored to your specific diamond and ring size.
When is the final price confirmed?
An estimated price range is provided before starting the CAD design. The final price is confirmed after CAD approval, once the final gold weight and structure are determined.
Can I make changes after the CAD is approved?
Up to three (3) rounds of reasonable revisions are included. Additional revisions or major design changes beyond the approved concept may require extra fees.
 
Once the CAD is approved and production has started, changes are limited. Any modifications beyond the approved CAD may require redesign, additional fees, and extended production time.
Can custom jewelry be returned or exchanged?
Because each piece is made to order, custom jewelry is not eligible for returns or exchanges once production begins.
What happens if I change my mind?
We’ll work closely with you during the CAD stage to make sure you’re confident before moving into production. After CAD approval, changes or cancellations are limited due to the custom nature of the piece.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer worldwide shipping via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent carriers. International delivery typically takes 5–10 days, excluding customs processing time.
