For your protection, SightlyCarat always:

  • Insures and registers all items for their full value.
  • Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

Lead Time

Most of our pieces are made to order and typically require 1–2 weeks for production.

Once completed, we will ship the piece via one of our major expedited shipping providers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, shipping usually takes an additional 1–2 weeks depending on your location.

In most cases, you can expect to receive your order within approximately 2–4 weeks from the time of purchase.

Ready to Ship items can usually be shipped within 2 business days (excluding certain holidays) of your approved order.

SightlyCarat is committed to delivering your order as efficiently as possible. However, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing, severe weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or unforeseen events such as regional instability or force majeure.

In such cases, we appreciate your understanding and will closely monitor your shipment while providing assistance whenever needed. We may also use an alternative shipping method when appropriate to help ensure timely delivery.

In the rare event that your package is lost or appears to have been tampered with during transit, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your tracking information so we can assist you promptly.

Delivered to Your Door

Your purchase will ship directly to your address so you can receive it from the comfort of your home. For your protection, orders require a signature upon delivery.

For insurance reasons we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from SightlyCarat.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

SightlyCarat free shipping does not cover any Taxes and Fees that may be applicable to your purchase.

Some international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your country. These fees are determined by local authorities and are not included in our pricing.

In most cases, the charges are minimal. The courier will guide you through a simple payment process if required.

Change of Shipping Address

We can change your shipping address only until the point that your order is ready to ship. Your order is ready to ship when you receive a tracking email. Once your order is ready to ship, we cannot guarantee that your request to change your shipping address can be honored. This is the case for both new orders and orders coming out of our repair workshop. Please note, depending on the change in shipping address, you may incur additional tax fees that will be invoiced to you. In the event that the difference in taxes is less than the original charge for shipping taxes, you will receive a refund for the difference.
